Meet our Pet Stylists...
Cathy is a Certified Pet Stylist and graduate of The Connecticut School of Dog Grooming.
Cathy has been grooming with the Sparta Pet Shoppe & Spa since June, 2008. She is the
proud owner of 3 dogs; Jake, a cockapoo, Laddy, an American Cocker Spaniel, and
Tucker, a Golden doodle. Cathy grooms on Wednesday, Friday and every other Saturday.
Tami is a Certified Pet Stylist and graduate of the North Jersey School of Dog Grooming.
Tami formerly groomed in Lafayette before joining us in December, 2009. Tami currently
grooms on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and every other Saturday.
Stormy is a Certified Pet Stylist and graduate of Nash Academy. Stormy currently grooms
on Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
Lynn, shop owner and pet stylist, is a Certified Pet Groomer and graduate of the American
Academy of Pet Grooming in NYC. Lynn is currently a member of the National Dog
Groomers Association of America and proud owner of Spot, an 11 year old Fox Terrier
who is a fixture at the Sparta Pet Shoppe & Spa. Lynn currently grooms on Mondays and
Thursdays by appointment only.

About Our Facility
Our Grooming facility includes state-of-the-art equipment that keeps your pets safe
and comfortable while receiving their spa treatment. Our bathing area includes a
PetStep stainless steel tub with a ramp for our larger and/or older clients. We use a
hydro-massage bathing system during each bath, which acts like little "massaging
fingers" that not only deep cleanses your pets coat, but feels good on their skin and
muscles. Within our grooming center, we use the Groomers Helper on all our tables,
which keeps your pet secure but takes the pressure off their trachea, providing a safe
and comfortable grooming experience. Our equipment and tools are disinfected
between clients and our Alpine clean air machine removes all bacteria from the area
providing a safe, sterile environment. We are also one of the only grooming centers
that has a "see through" grooming area, so your pet is always in view during their spa
session.
