Lynn, shop owner and pet stylist, is a Certified Pet Groomer and graduate of the American
Academy of Pet Grooming in NYC. Lynn apprenticed with a mobile groomer and has groomed
privately before opening the Sparta Pet Shoppe & Spa. Lynn is currently a member of the
National Dog Groomers Association of America and is currently studying and attending
workshops to attain her Master Groomer Certification. She is also working with her dog, Spot, to
achieve Therapy Dog certification. Lynn currently grooms Monday and Saturday.

About Our Facility

Our Grooming facility includes state-of-the-art equipment that keeps your
pets safe and comfortable while receiving their spa treatment. Our bathing
area includes a PetStep stainless steel tub with a ramp for our larger and/or
older clients. We use a hydro-massage bathing system during each bath,
which acts like little "massaging fingers" that not only deep cleanses your
pets coat, but feels good on their skin and muscles. Within our grooming
center, we use the Groomers Helper on all our tables, which keeps your pet
secure but takes the pressure off their trachea, providing a safe and
comfortable grooming experience. Our equipment and tools are disinfected
between groomings and our Alpine clean air machine removes all bacteria
from the area providing a safe, sterile environment. We are also one of the
only grooming centers that has a "see through" grooming area, so your pet is
always in view during their spa session.
